Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for supporting A King’s Heart Foundation. Your purchases help us continue our mission to support individuals and families affected by heart conditions, strokes, and chronic illnesses.

Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Physical Products (T-Shirts, Books, Paraphernalia)

We accept returns and exchanges for physical items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable.

• A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn t-shirts are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

• If you need a different size or color, please email us to check availability before returning the item.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, or damage).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.

2. Digital Downloads

All sales of digital downloads (e.g., eBooks, printable resources, digital guides) are final and non-refundable.

3. Donations

All donations made to A King’s Heart Foundation are non-refundable. Your generous support directly impacts the lives of those we serve.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@akingsheartfoundation.org with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Your full name

• Order number

• Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

• Reason for return or exchange

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
